Day15

Woken up this morning with the sound of hammering in the street and the sound of the locals shouting at each other....




"Linda ya b*tch" .... "whit ye saying ya di**k!!".... "mind you’ve got the clap clinic the day!!"

"aye bit the itching stopped last week"..."am still itching though ya cow!!" ...."well am no so a don’t cerr!!"

So that was a classy start to the day, I had to get up anyway as I was waiting on another roofer coming back from yesterday. They checked out the roof and said it was only going to last until the winter and after that its back to normal and it will definitely leak again! Good news is that they said there’s a cheap way to fix it that will see us through the winter so hopefully they will fix it soon.

Later we went a walk to the City centre along the Clyde side, It was a really nice day so we went for lunch then walked back along the Clyde and entered our neighbourhood where we seen straight away a group of guys in there 40's walking through the street with cans of McEwen’s export, I hadn’t seen cans of that in years and they where loud as usual.....

So we got back to the flat a short while later and its still dry ... but still no rain yet... We will see....
